Subarea 1 Personnel rental service for Tuome Section 2 Personnel rental service for Tuomi's car transport The object of the procurement is the personnel rental services for Tuomi Logistiikka Oy according to the request for tender. Tuomi Logistiikka Oy (Tuomi) is publicly traded a procurement and logistics company operating on the side. Tuomi's customers are Tuomi's owners, the three largest of which are the Pirkanmaa Welfare Region, the City of Tampere and the Kanta-Häme Welfare Region. There is a need for temporary workers in Tuome warehouse, transport and in shelving services. In accordance with Tuomi's principle of using temporary labor, temporary labor is used in operations where the missing employee has to be replaced immediately and to balance workloads during working days. Hired labor is generally only used for temporary or difficult-to-predict needs. Hired labor is also used to equalize the anticipated workload after the shift planning is completed, when the workload of the operation exceeds the capacity of the own personnel and it can be compensated sufficiently by internal arrangements. Temporary work is not used for permanent resource needs or summer work. Procurement is divided into two areas: Sub-area 1 Personnel rental services for Tuome The sub-area includes staffing services for the needs of warehouse services (Warehouse), internal transport (Siku) and Kätsy shelving service (Kätsy).
