3.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task titled: Staff training - II as part of the project titled: New organization of the Bielawy Commune Office.3.2. The task is co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus under the Regional Program European Funds for Youth 2021-2027, Agreement on co-financing of Project No. FELD.08.05-IZ.00-0016/25-00.3.3. Training for management staff and other employees. Task name: Training support to improve the working environment for management staff and other employees. The aim of the task is to improve the competences and qualifications of employees in the field of practical implementation of flexible forms of work organization, including remote work, and the employment of employees taking into account their diversity, in accordance with the principles of non-discrimination. The training will be carried out in the conference room of the Bielawy Commune Office, equipped with equipment including: laptop, projector, printer and furniture necessary for conducting training, on working days from Monday to Friday during the working hours of the Bielawy Commune Office.
