Tenders are invited for Action Contre la Faim (ACF)/Action Against Hunger (AAH), established in 1979, is a nongovernmental, non-political, and humanitarian organization dedicated to fighting hunger worldwide. The organization addresses causes such as conflict, climate change, poverty, and unequal access to essential resources like water and healthcare, which contribute to malnutrition. ACF/AAH has been operating in Afghanistan since 1995, focusing on emergency responses, particularly for refugees, internally displaced persons, and populations affected by floods and droughts. The organization implements integrated projects in nutrition, health, water, sanitation and hygiene, food security and livelihoods, and mental health and care practices. ACF/AAH has either directly or indirectly operated in most Afghan provinces and is currently active in five provinces, including Kabul. ACF/AAH is committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency, fairness, and accountability, especially within its Human Resources (HR) department. As part of a broader HR department audit, ACF/AAH is commissioning an audit specifically focused on the recruitment processes at its operational bases.
