Waste stacking Description: The subject of the contract is the provision of regular stacking (storage) services of various types of waste, as defined and classified into individual categories - List of types of waste taxed at the waste site for waste holder SOM Čadca, s.r.o. by a company operating a non-hazardous waste dump (according to § 2, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Ministry of the Environment of the Slovak Republic Decree No. 382/2018 Coll. on waste stacking and waste storage mercury. The company operating the waste dump undertakes to take over the imported waste from the Waste Holder and dispose of it at the waste dump in accordance with generally binding legal regulations at the agreed time.
