The University of Calgary (UCalgary) intends to purchase four stable delay-line interferometers (DLIs) - also known as DPSK Demodulators - with path-length delay between 0.8 ns, low insertion loss, temperature stabilized pathlengths (phase), and phase tuneability over 2π from Optoplex. To the research team-s knowledge, this DLIs offer the lowest FSR error, low insertion loss, high visibility, and low temperature dependent frequency shift, which makes it the best suited for high-fidelity phase-stable time-bin qubit preparation and measurements in photonic quantum information and communication experiments that are conducted over several weeks.
