About the Quebec Port Authority The Quebec Port Authority (hereinafter referred to as the Authority) is an autonomous organization, created under the Canada Maritime Act whose mission is to promote and develop maritime commerce, serve the economic interests of the Quebec region and Canada and ensure its profitability while respecting its community and the environment.Summary Description of the ProjectAs part of this call for tenders, the Administration wishes to obtain submissions for the acquisition of goods or the performance of services and/or works briefly described below (hereinafter referred to as the Project), in accordance with the Project Description in Appendix 2 hereof. Installation of a sheet pile wall front of the current facade of platform 24 (sheet piles provided by the Administration); Supply and installation of a rock structure on the seabed in front of the new sheet pile wall; Supply and installation of works connected to the sheet pile wall (tie rods, concrete stops, concrete coping wall, bollards, etc.); Excavation and backfilling work on the median; Other related works.
