Stabilization and service support of IS CSI operation Brief description of the subject of the order - the subject of the order is: a) Stabilization and optimization of the Central Identity Management information system (hereinafter "IS CSI"): - Implementation of measures aimed at eliminating existing ones identified shortcomings and non-standard solutions. - Introduction of proven processes and procedures according to valid standards, as well as preparation of IS CSI for further development, expansion of functionalities and integration with other systems. b) Provision of service services IS CSI: - support - maintenance - implementation - additional services A detailed definition of the subject of the contract, including the requirements for the subject of the contract, quantity and specifications, is given in: • attachment no. 1 - Specification of the subject of performance of the contract, which is in Annex no. 10 competition documents, • attachment no. 2 - Specification of Service Services and their standards of the service contract, which is in Annex no. 10 competition materials.
