Project Description:The contract is for the provision of:- • Construction of the stabilisation and repair works to Carrickfergus Harbour Piers. This will include but not limited to: o Masonry and concrete repairs and repointing to King William Pier (Listed Structure) o Steel plate repairs to sheet piled quay walls including the design and installation of a sacrificial anode cathodic protection system o Construction of concrete facing to Albert Edward Pier and Alexandra Pier Outer o Remove and dispose of old boathouse steel structure Contract period will be over two financial years (26/27) and (27/28) and be approximately 12 months.
