Koulutuskeskus Salpaus - municipal corporation is building Stahlberginkatu 8, a basic improvement. The scope of the project is approximately 3, 800 brm2. The contract includes facilities for student services, theory teaching and student activities, as well as office and conference facilities that serve these. The project also includes a basement floork's bicycle storage and normal property maintenance and cleaning facilities. In connection with the basic improvement, the facade plastering of the building will be renewed in its entirety. The renewal of the plastering will be included in the construction contract. In the project, a separate demolition contract will be carried out before the start of construction work.The construction is basically carried out as shared contracts. The contracts are mainly carried out as total price contracts divided into: Construction contract, main contract HVAC contract, subordinated side contract IV contract, subordinated side contract Electrical contract, subordinated side contract and customer's separate procurements. All agreedare made in the name of the customer.
