The City of St. Thomas Fire Department (“STFD”) is looking to build a small, modular training facility on the property of Fire Station No. 2, located at 235 Burwell Road. Existing services are available on site but running services to the new facility are considered in scope. Within the scope of work, an approximation has been provided of what any new facility could look like. The City is leaving final design to respondents and are looking for creativity in ways to maximize the available budget for this project. The available budget is provided elsewhere in this document and is an “all-in” budget - no other funds are available for servicing or additions.
