We are procuring a care provider to operate bed-based intermediate care services at St Thomas', delivering short-term recovery, reablement and rehabilitation for adults with complex needs. The provider will deliver regulated residential and nursing care within a purpose-built facility and work as part of an integrated model alongside health and social care partners.
