ŽST Prešov, exhibition building - complex reconstruction of the building The subject of the contract is to carry out a detailed survey of the statics and diagnostics of the load-bearing structures, the development of project documentation (SZP/VPP) including the interior project (PI), geodetic focus (GZ), engineering activity (IČ), ensuring property rights settlement (MPV) and copyright supervision (AD) for the project "ŽST Prešov, assembly building - complex reconstruction of the building". The dispatch building of ŽST Prešov is a public building that was completed in 1989. The dispatch building is located at Masaryková street no. 31, regional city of Prešov. The building does not meet the requirements placed on a building of such importance from a visual, construction-technical, and layout point of view. It also does not meet the requirements of from a thermal and technical point of view and the current conditions established by law - current requirements for energy efficiency. From this point of view, it is necessary to proceed with the reconstruction of this building, which would make it more attractive and give the possibility to use it potential.
