The office space is located within a multi-unit commercial office building (Baine Johnston Center). The work involves the renovation of the existing office space as indicated on the Drawings, which includes but is not limited to the following: Mobilization and demobilization, including all labor and equipment as specified and as required to carry out the work. Architectural: Work includes demolition of existing gypsum board and glass block partitions to redevelop the existing office space through the construction of three (3) new enclosed offices, and redevelopment of the entrance lobby/breakroom area.
