This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. John-s (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for St. John-s Regional Water Study as described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The City of St. John's is seeking proposals from qualified engineering consultants to provide engineering services to prepare an updated Regional Drinking Water Study to guide short, medium, and long term decisions for the Regional Water System. The study should be a comprehensive, broad-based technical study that will determine how best to provide water servicing for the St. John-s and Area Urban Region (SJAUR).
