The Department of Military Affairs intends to award a one-time contract with a Responsible Contractor for the purpose of replacing two (2) boilers located at the St. James National Guard Armory (further defined and in accordance with Exhibit C of the Sample Contract.)THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.QUESTIONS. Any questions and/or clarifications in regard to the solicitation shall be made in writing to Mrs. Staci Stoerzinger, Staci.Stoerzinger@state.mn.us. If a Responder discovers any significant ambiguity, error, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other deficiency in the solicitation, the Responder must immediately notify Staci Stoerzinger in writing of such error and request modification or clarification of the document.All questions should be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., September 7, 2023.
