Tender Details

The target of the contract is the H-1025 Torkontie bridge located in the Akaan Toijala settlement. The contract includes the dismantling of the old bridge, the structural and construction design of the new bridge, the implementation of the new bridge and related support and channel structures. The contractor is obliged to perform all the work and measures required by the contract and the contract documents specified in it, as well as the procurement of materials and supplies, against the agreed contract price, in order to achieve the work result specified in these documents and hand it over in accordance with the contract documents ready to the customer. The contractor is obliged to draw up the project the construction plan required for implementation, in compliance with the contract-specific requirements listed in the contract documents, design instructions and their additions and carry out the construction work required by the construction plan in the areas of the approved master plan, as well as the work outside these areas that is required in the contract documents. The work can be started when the contract is signed and the obligations mentioned in the contract program have been fulfilled. The construction works must be ready in all respects and handover to the customer by September 30, 2026.
