REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS Project Overview The Surrey Sports and Leisure Centre - Aquatic Facility is a multipurpose facility comprising of several pools (50m Olympic sized pool, leisure pool, whirlpool and tots pool), 10, 000sq/ft fitness studio, changerooms and offices. 4 existing 2000 MBH natural gas condensing boilers are responsible for the majority of heating for this facility. Scope of Work Demolition of existing 4 gas fired hot water cast aluminum sectional boiler and circulating pumps. Installation and piping modifications for 4 new Viessman Vitocrossal 200 boilers and circulating pumps. Roofing modifications to allow for the removal of existing and lowering of the new boilers into penthouse boiler room via crane. Electrical and controls to support the 4 new boilers as per design drawings and specifications. INFORMATION MEETING An information meeting will be hosted by the City Representative to discuss the City-s requirements under this RFQ (the “Information Meeting”). While attendance is at the discretion of Contractors, Contractors who do not attend will be deemed to have attended the Information Meeting and to have received all of the information given at the Information Meeting. PPE required as per WorkSafe BC regulations while on site.
