Tender Details

Outsourcing employee based on external contracts using CVs proposed by SSA or CVs proposed by the service provider. The Service provider shall also perform the below :- • Offer letter Issuance • Collection of documents for visa processing • Submission of cancellation to proceed for the labor and visa process. • Applying for Mohre offer letters. • Obtaining labor approval & E-Visa • Processing status change for inside country candidates • Medical insurance coverage in-line with the Agreed policy and benefit ( Enhanced Sehtak or as per agreed with SSA officially ) • Medical Test & Emirates ID Process • Residency Stamping • End of services Process ** SSA Shall define and Approve any benefits offered to the employees outsourced including but not limited to end of service, pension fund contributions, medical insurance as per the agreement between the two parties ** Service Provider shall have an office in Dubai during the period of this agreement and shall extract visa initially from Abu Dhabi and if proven that visa cannot be obtained from Abu Dhabi, Extract visa from Dubai ** all Leaves as per SSA policy and shall be compensated per actual .
