For Sri Lankan Bidders only *****There is an ongoing requirement for production of evidence-based visibility materials that document key children-s issues and UNICEF-s ongoing work. These materials are to support UNICEF-s advocacy efforts with legislatures, policy makers, media, donors, and the public at large. Therefore, the Communication Section has created a multimedia production plan which includes production of human-interest stories (conducting interviews and producting draft stories), human-interest videos, donor films, photo essays, thematic photos, video blogs, short-films, translations and graphic design etc. that will feed the requirements of all sections and the country office. The Production plan is linked to Outcome 8, which is: “UNICEF is positioned as a leading child rights advocate in the humanitarian and development landscape, with adequate funding in support of the country programme” To meet this requirement, it is necessary to have current and relevant human-interest stories and reports in print, supported by photographs, illustrations or in the form of short films, flash presentations, and animated films of UNICEF related initiatives highlighting ISSUE-ACTION-I...
