Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the purchase and delivery of a brand new tractor with accessories in connection with the implementation of the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.2. Part 1 Agricultural tractor1) Year of production: The tractor must be brand new, unused prototype. The Ordering Party requires that the tractor be produced no earlier than 2025. 2) Warranty: The Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with a warranty for the offered tractor for a period of at least 24 months from the date of receipt, confirmed by the protocol. The warranty period is one of the criteria for evaluating offers. During the warranty period, the Contractor is obliged to carry out 3 tractor services at his own expense: after 50 hours of equipment operation, after 600 hours of equipment operation, after 1, 200 hours of equipment operation (or 30 days before the end of the warranty period).3) Stationary service: The Contractor will provide an authorized service at a distance of no more than 50 km (counted on public roads) from the Ordering Party's headquarters.4) Operator training: The Contractor will conduct training for 5 equipment operators indicated by the Ordering Party on the basis of material department of the District Office's Infrastructure in Nowy Dwór Gdaski at ul.
