St. (outside) - ŽST Ľubochňa (outside) The subject of the contract entitled "ŽSR, ETCS L2 in the section ŽST Vrútky freight station (outside) - ŽST Ľubochňa (outside)" is: - preparation and delivery of project documentation at the construction plan and project level construction in the details of the implementation project, including the geodetic focus, - the provision of related engineering activities, the result of which will be the provision of a valid decision on the construction plan and the verification of the construction project (including the provision of extending their validity if necessary; and in the event that the decision on the building plan becomes invalid, ensuring the issuance of a new valid decision on the building plan and verification of the construction project), - ensuring property and legal settlement of land owners in the form of a permanent encumbrance or by establishing an encumbrance, namely for the proceedings on the construction plan, or in the case of a newly discovered owner or owners as of the date of submission of the proposal for construction approval, if necessary, - execution of construction works work - provision of related engineering activities during the implementation of construction works, the result of which will be the provision of a valid approval certificate or valid approval certificates, - development and delivery of project documentation the actual construction of the building, (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order" in the appropriate grammatical form).
