ŽSR, ETCS L2 in section ŽST Liptovská Teplá - Ex. Paludza The subject of the order entitled "ŽSR, ETCS L2 in the section of ŽST Liptovská Teplá - Vyh. Paludza" is: - preparation and delivery of project documentation at the stage of construction plan and construction project in details implementation project, including geodetic focus, - ensuring the related engineering activity, the result of which will be the provision of a valid decision on the construction plan and the verification of the construction project (including the provision of the extension of their validity in if necessary; and in the event that the decision on the building plan becomes invalid, ensuring the issuance of a new valid decision on the building plan and verification of the construction project), - ensuring property and legal settlement of land owners in a form of permanent encumbrance or by the establishment of an encumbrance, namely for the proceedings on the construction plan, or in the case of a newly discovered owner or owners as of the date of submission of the proposal for construction approval, if necessary, - execution of construction works, - security related engineering activity during the implementation of construction works, the result of which will be the provision of a valid approval certificate or valid approval certificates, - preparation and delivery of project documentation of the actual construction buildings (hereinafter referred to as the "subject of the order" in the appropriate grammatical form).
