The Board wishes to prequalify Contractors to provide general contracting services on various projects for the construction of external site servicing works, including, but not limited to, water, sanitary and storm sewer services, road and intersection improvements, traffic control infrastructure, and associated works on new lands for new builds only. The term of this prequalification is effective (on or about) mid-March 2026 for a 3-year period.
The Board intends to issue a Tender in early spring 2026 for a project to support the ongoing construction of a two-storey Catholic Secondary School, St. Padre Pio, located in the north end of Brantford, Ontario (see Brief Project Description for details on this project). Details outlined in this section will vary for future needs and Tenders.
Contractors who have been previously prequalified for other projects or who are currently performing work for the Board must also respond to this request. Contractors that do not participate in this prequalification process will be excluded from bidding.
