Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to provide a set of intellectual services for level I safety and health protection coordinator as part of the COEUR DE SARTHE works operation which consists of the construction of a technical platform and the restructuring of outpatient surgery. The services will be carried out partly in the form of an ordinary contract (fixed price) and partly in the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders in application of articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-5 and R.2162-13 to R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code (additional missions/vacation). The maximum amount excluding tax for the total duration of the contract is €25, 000 excluding tax for the framework agreement part. The duration of the framework agreement will be more than 4 years. In fact, the duration of the technical controller's mission is determined by the Coeur de Sarthe project and any orders for additional missions are linked to this project and cannot be entrusted to another technical controller.
