In the exterior, it is a general repair of the facade of the building, its technical condition is known to be neglected. A complete repair of the above-ground lightning conductor, roof walls, clamping elements (attic cladding and eaves edges, eaves lips and downspouts), external stairs to the premises will be carried out accordingly on the 2nd floor, eaves walkway around the walls of the building and under the stairs, gutters above the entrance door on the 2nd floor, flag and signal lights. All elements of the electrical installation on the facade will also be repaired (PVC box with a lid for grounding, etc.), according to the LV ground cable to the piles including the related elements (switchboard of the saw including the switchboard, etc.) and the reassembly of the components of the low-current distribution on the facade. In the interior, it is a matter of carrying out general construction repairs in two rooms of the subject building, i.e. repair of interior wall coverings, ceiling soffits including paintings and interior, floor including ceramic mortises, according to the repair of all structural openings (doors, windows, including parapet). The electrical installation will also be repaired (lights, switches, drawers, electric convectors, LV distribution walls in the 2nd floor, etc.) and low-current distribution including pslunch components in celm interior.
