As part of the Khalsa Day Parade event logistics, we require transportation services to support the movement of staff, volunteers, and attendees along the parade route.The scope of work includes: Provision of four (4) shuttle vans, each with a qualified and licensed driver Continuous shuttle operation in a loop along the designated route for the duration of the event from 10AM to 8PM. The shuttle service will operate on a fixed loop, stopping at designated pick-up and drop-off points along the parade route. A detailed route map, including all stop locations, will be provided in advance.Vendors will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and compliant with applicable safety and transportation regulations. Drivers must be properly licensed, experienced, and familiar with operating in high-traffic, event-based environments.The shuttle service should be reliable and efficient, with minimal wait times, to ensure smooth transportation flow throughout the event.
