Springboard Collective Action (Act) Towards Employment
Subject: The House of Employment, Integration and Training - Meif Paris-Saclay Establishes in the territory of the two member intercommunalities (the Paris-Saclay Urban Community and the Community of Communes of the Pays de Limours) a Strengthened support towards employment for job seekers registered on the system, facing precariousness and exclusion, until they remain in employment for more than 6 months or enter qualifying training. Following the collaborative work carried out With the technical stakeholders sharing the plan (the member intercommunalities, the Departmental Council of Essonne and the France Travail agencies in particular) and the feedback from the course referents focused on the needs of the supported public, the Meif Paris-Saclay Implements Preparation and Remobilization Actions towards Employment for Weakened People Supported by the System, in Complementarity with the Common Law Offer. Proposed As Permanent Entry And Exit, The Objective Of The Action Collective Action Springboard Towards Employment Is To Support Participants Who Are, Or Eligible, In A Situation Of Frailty (Psychological Distress, Loss Of Confidence, Isolation Due To A Long Period Of Unemployment, Deterioration In Their State Of Health) In Removing Obstacles to Employment by Facilitating Socio-professional Integration, Better Well-being of Participants and Strengthening Employability to Encourage the Gradual Resumption of a Stage of Training, Employment or Reorientation Towards a Career Medical Monitoring.The Action Comes Into 2 Modules, Repeated During Two Sessions:Module 1: Socio-professional Support ServiceModule 1.1: Collective Artistic Mediation Workshop To Break Isolation And Prevent Or Detect The Risks Of Depression And Psychological Fragility, Module 1.2: Individual Coaching To Start A Step Recovery And Projection Onto A Professional Project Module 2: Collective Dynamization Workshop...
