Tender Details

Block H is an old 2 Classroom building which was relocated onto the Spring Creek School site a number of years ago.
Whilst lined with acoustic display board both the Classrooms are cold and do not meet the MOE's Designing Quality Learning Spaces requirements. This project will be to upgrade H Block to meet as many Designing Quality Learning Spaces requirements as possible while enabling the school to bring the classrooms up to similar standard to the other classrooms in the school. This project will also enable the rooms to be able to be utilised for collaborative teaching.
There is no Fire Alarm to this Block, so a new alarm has to be installed.
The existing stormwater soak pit is not coping with the amount of surface water and requires upgrading.
The school the Water Pump, Compressor, UV Filter Upgrade are also to be upgraded.
