Sports clothing, travel items and accessories for the rugby teams of the Romanian Rugby Federation, according to the technical description in Appendix 1.
The minimum and maximum quantities of the framework agreement and subsequent contracts can be found in Appendix 3.
Frequency of awarding subsequent contractswill be quarterly and/or depending on the needs that arise during the development of the framework agreement.
