RFQ FA487724QA368 - FY24 SPORTS RECOVERY KIT
i. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
ii. Solicitation FA487724QA368 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).
iii. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses of those in effect through, Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 effective 22 May 2024, Defense Acquisition Circular, (DAC) provisions and clauses effective 30 May 24, and Department of the Air Force Acquisition Circular (DAFFARS) 2024-0612 effective 12 Jun 2024.
iv. This is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339920 with a small business size standard of 750 employees.
