Adapted procedure (art L2123-1 of the Code) in accordance with arts R2123-1-3, R2123-4 & 5 of the Code. Two lots in multi-awardee framework agreements in accordance with articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Code. In accordance with art R2162-13 & 14 of the Code, it will be executed by issuing purchase orders which will be notified by the buyer as and when required. For each lot, the initial period of the framework agreement is until August 31, 2027. Services from the start of the 2026 school year (lot 1) or for first holidays of All Saints' Day 2026 (lot 2). The framework agreement can be renewed for successive periods of 1 year for a maximum renewal period of 3 years.
