1. The Municipality of Balamban, through the Mayor-s Office - Sport Equipment (Current:87, 070.00 & Continuing 182, 930.00, intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SIxTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 265, 000.00) being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract stated. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
