1. The Bids and Awards Committee of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Carmona, through the SK Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand Pesos (P 1, 467, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the program/projects/activities SPORTS DEVELOPMENT: SK Sports and e-Sports League Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bids and Awards Committee of Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Carmona now invites bids for SPORTS DEVELOPMENT: SK Sports and e-Sports League bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act.”
