Tender Details

The subject of the performance of this public contract is the design and implementation of the "Kunštát Sports Complex" construction in the form of Design & Build, i.e. in particular the processing of documentation for the change of plan before completion and the provision of related engineering activities, the processing of documentation for execution of the construction (hereinafter referred to as "DPS"), implementation of the construction, submission of documents for approval, securing approval and handing over the work to the client. The contractor is based on the project documentation for the joint permit (hereinafter referred to as "DSP"), while the DSP establishes the basic concept and solution parameters, the contractor is responsible for finalizing the PCB and implementation, deviations from the DSP are permissible only to the extent necessary for implementation or optimization and there must be no deterioration of functional, capacity or quality parameters. Part of fulfillment are also all activities, work and supplies that are not explicitly stated, but are necessary for the proper completion, functionality and operability of the work. A fundamental change against the DSP documentation occurs for SO01 Facilities and then SO03 Tennis Courts. Tyto změny budou require a change of intent to be made prior to completion. For other objects, the client does not anticipate a change of intention before completion. If the supplier proposes this change, it is subject to the customer's approval. The subject of construction works is: • new construction soccer field with artificial turf, fencing, ball barrier behind the north gate, related blocking objects, sports lighting, anti-noise wall and sidewalks around the field, • new construction of 2 tennis courts with fencing and lighting, • new construction of modular social facilities, • communication and parking, • adequate outdoor lighting of the area (especially communication links, social facilities), • part of the sub...
