Sports and Recreational Materials

1. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar, through the Supplemental Memorandum of Agreement dated February 29, 2024 with the Department of Health under the project titled “Health Promotion Grant for the Implementation of Healthy Learning Institution to the Province of Northern Samar” intends to apply the sum of One Million Seventy One Thousand One Hundred Thirty Six Pesos (Php1, 071, 136.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for NS-03-07-24-04: Sports and Recreational Materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within 3 (three) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
