Description
Hill Air Force Base, UT plans to acquire the following commercial services: Certified Sports Officials for Intramural and Youth Sports. The number of sports officials needed can be located on the attached Price List CLIN Structure excel document. Additional information and requirements can be found on the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. This BPA will be five (5) years and will either be a single or multi-award BPA, determination will be made after receipt of proposals. This acquisition will follow guidance outlined in FAR 8.405-3.
The anticipated CLIN structure of the BPA will reflect the Price List CLIN Structure excel document. All vendors MUST complete the Price List CLIN Structure - Sports Official excel document and submit it with their proposal.
