Description : SPORTING GOODS TO USED DURING THE MIMAROPA RAA 2024 AT THE ORIENTAL MINDORO SPORTS COMPLEX, NAUJAN ON 25 MAY 2024

IB NO. GSA 2024-04-019

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the General Fund FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Three Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 2, 374, 400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Sporting Goods to be used during the MIMAROPA RAA 2024 at the Oriental Mindoro Sports Complex, Naujan on 25 May 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
