Description : SPORTING GOODS TO BE USED DURING THE CONDUCT OF MIMAROPA RAA MEET ON MAY 24-28, 2024 TO BE HELD IN SPORTS COMPLEX NAUJAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO

1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro, through the Special Education Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Seven Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 4, 607, 400.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Sporting Goods to be used during the conduct of MIMAROPA RAA Meet on May 24-28, 2024 to be held in Sports Complex Naujan, Oriental Mindoro. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro - Procurement Division now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by seven (7) calendar days upon signing of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
