This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06, effective October 1, 2025. This acquisition is set aside for small business. DESCRIPTIONThe US Geological Survey, Geology, Minerals, Energy, and Geophysics Science Center requires moving services as described in the attached Statement of Work. RELEVANT INFORMATIONThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 484210 Used Household and Office Goods Moving and associated size standard $34.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code V001 Transportation/Travel/Relocation.This service is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determination# WD 2015-5537.SUBMISSION OF QUOTESAll services will begin performance at the U.S. Geological Survey warehouse at 11103 East Montgomery, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.
