Tender are invited for Spiritual Care Provider / Chaplain
The Spiritual Care Provider is responsible for delivering inclusive, trauma-informed, and developmentally appropriate spiritual care services to patients across all units of the inpatient psychiatric hospital. This includes leading therapeutic group discussions centered on spirituality and meaning-making, facilitating worship services, offering grief recognition and bereavement support, and planning occasional special observances. The Chaplain must be experienced in interfaith spiritual practices and possess an understanding of the spiritual and emotional needs of individuals navigating diagnosed mental health needs. The Chaplain should be comfortable counseling individuals going through an emotional and spiritual crisis, the critically ill, the dying, and/or those about to be released, on personal and spiritual problems.
