Spinning disk microscope The client intends to use a spinning disk microscope in accordance with the service description for the Institute of Molecular Biochemistry at the Department of Biocenter of the MUI to carry out advanced live cell microscopy of an ERC-funded project. The microscope is used for quantitative and high-resolution long-term multiposition and multichannel live-cell imaging to examine individual vesicles in culture cells over longer periods of time and in different to be able to represent conditions. A highly sensitive microscope is being tendered for this requirement, which enables the vesicles in the living cells to exceed the required level through minimal laser toxicity and minimal bleaching or stable focus time period (1h).
