The object of the procurement is a speech recognition system that recognizes the vocabulary of radiology and large radiology as an application service (SaaS; Software as a service) for the imaging center of the Pirkanmaa welfare area (hereafter Pirha). The speech recognition system is used primarily for producing imaging reports, and the system must have a vocabulary of radiology and major radiology due to the purpose of use. The users of the system are radiologists, doctors and specialist doctors. Targeted for the contract period the start date is 1/2027. This advance notice is part of the procurement preparation, and not an actual request for tender. The actual call for tenders will be published later. Responding to the advance notice does not bind the potential bidder to participate in the tender, and is also not a prerequisite for participating in the actual tender later. Responding to the advance notice also does not affect the potential bidder's position in the actual bidding process.
