Description: A new asterisk -based speech solution will be introduced in SMIT. A new solution must be created with a new speech management software integrated with the already used desktop application. The procurement purchases 2 software components.
Phone Service - Softphone (SoftPhone), which works on a user on Windows Servicena. It is advisable for Softphon to use a freeware ready -made module written in C#. Softphone communicates with the Asterisk with a standard SIP protocol.
Phone UI - call management interface.
The components are developed on the .net Core 6x platform c in the language. The user interface part is realized WPF/xAML.
It is expected that the estimated start of the contract is approx. 2022.
