Tender Details

Description : Contractor agrees to provide on-site and possible virtual services in the field of Speech Language Pathology for Porterville Developmental Center STP clients, as requested by the PDC Project Representative. Contractor will participate as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team in the development and implementation of IPPs and /or IEPs for those clients identified as needing further assessment regarding speech, communication and swallowing, etc. Administers diagnostic tests, prepares reports and summaries on diagnosis, prognosis, progress and recommendations. Contractor may train employees in therapeutic procedures and methods of motivating clients toward communications strategies. Contractor will provide assessment and remediation of communication needs of clients which includes speech, voice, fluency, language, and evaluate need for augmentative communication devices that may be necessary based on referrals - Exhibit A_Scope of Work
