The Hawaii Army National Guard intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed priced contract to Charter Communications Holdings, LLC. 12405 Powerscourt Dr. Saint Louis MO. 63131-3673
The requirement will be sole sourced to Spectrum Reach Advertising. Spectrum Reach will provide 12 months of digital advertising for all televised Hawaii high school sports events and is the only media company that has exclusive rights to broadcasting of Hawaii high school sports events.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) (1) soliciting from a single source. The NAICS code is 541890 and has a size standard of $19.0 million for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 5 PM. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
