The contract is practically an element of the contract concluded between the contracting authority and the selected supplier, the subject of which will be: - the addition of a new, fully functional and unused ED-XRF Spectrometer, complete with accessories and a remote box for the safe determination of the elemental composition of alloys and metals, which will can be used for professional use during rapid screening of various samples for the detection of very diverse contaminants in various matrices (ashes, sludges, dusts, dust, polymers, alloys, ivory and other substances, etc.) according to the technical specifications given in the application . 1 this task documentation, - a 6-hour tour is provided for a maximum of 4 people, its detailed specification is given in the plan. 2 this documentation task a - provider of authorized repair and maintenance service and regular prophylactic checks according to year VI. paragraph 7 and 8 of the considered draft contract, which forms the plot. 5 this task documentation.
