SPECT-CT equipment, Soite The object of the acquisition is the combined molecular imaging device SPECT-TT (gamma camera and tietokonetomografiajärjestelmä). The acquired equipment will be used for gamma scans, SPECT-CT scans and CT scans. The equipment will function as a backup device for the 24/7 CT imaging device of the on-call central hospital enabling and ensuring uninterrupted imaging in the emergency department, including CT during unexpected and anticipated outages of the imaging device, as well as during an outage caused by the installation required for the upcoming renewal of the CT imaging device. Acquisition the target is a functional unit for the most common isotope imaging and SPECT-TT fusion imaging. In addition to the usual diagnostic CT examinations, the functional entity must also enable the CT examinations required for emergency imaging (e.g. CT perfusion of the brain, ECG-paced CT imaging of blood vessels) imaging. The imaging equipment must be suitable (sensitivity, spatial resolution) for bone, kidney function, heart perfusion, cardiac perfusion, lung perfusion and ventilation, for gamma scans of the sentinel lymph node, parathyroid gland, thyroid metastases and dopamine reuptake proteins in the brain.
