This consultation follows the initial consultation (n°2025-19) of which lot 04 was declared without further action. (Previous publication: BOAMP announcement n°25-116941 / OJEU notice n° 694543-2025) The initial consultation relating to the supply and delivery of clothing, PPE and specific outfits intended for agents of the city and its CCAS was launched by the City as part of a group of orders (in application of the framework agreement constituting a permanent group of orders between the City and the CCAS for the award of public contracts). The purpose of this consultation is to relaunch unsuccessful lot 4 with a modification of the scope of the framework agreement. Sports clothing initially provided for in the initial framework agreement are now excluded from the scope.
