The purpose of the contract is to provide specific land transport services for the Champagne University Hospital Group, the beneficiary of which is the Reims University Hospital. The market is divided into 2 lots. This contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of the 2nd paragraph of article R.2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code, which is executed by the issuance of successive purchase orders under the conditions provided for. in articles R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is single-award and is concluded without a minimum but with a maximum. The maximum annual amount may not exceed 300% of the amount determined by the application of the prices of the titulaire à la date de début d-exécution aux quantités estimatives. The contract is awarded for the period from June 1, 2026, or the date of receipt of the notification whichever is later, until October 31, 2027. This initial period is tacitly renewable for 1 period of 12 months, i.e. from November 1, 2027 to October 31, 2028.
