Summary:The City of Chesapeake seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive training services, including, but not limited to, first aid (e.g., cuts, burns, shock), adult/child CPR, AED, and choking. The objective of this training program is to equip employees with the critical skills necessary to respond to emergencies effectively. To meet regulatory requirements, a hands-on physical skill assessment is required. The training should comply with all relevant industry standards and provide participants with certification upon successful completion. The City of Chesapeake desires a blended learning environment in which participants complete an online skills portion before an in-person, hands-on skills observation.
